Colorado Sled Rentals runs private guided snowmobile adventures from its shop at 2151 Downhill Drive in Steamboat Springs, CO. Choose a 4-hour half day or 8-hour full day, from $439.90 per person with a brand-new Polaris sled. No experience or trailer is needed, and a lodging pickup can be added.

- No snow, no charge: full refund if conditions keep us from operating.

How much does a guided snowmobile tour in Steamboat cost?
Private guided adventures from Colorado Sled Rentals start from $439.90 per person for a 4-hour half day and $598.90 per person for an 8-hour full day, including a Polaris sled. Tax is added at checkout, and a minimum of 2 people is required.
Do I need snowmobile experience?
No. The Beginner adventure is designed for new or casual riders and focuses on safety and confidence. Pro-Ride is for riders who already have off-trail experience.
Is there a shuttle from my hotel or lodging?
Yes. Add a lodging pickup at checkout for $26.50 per person: pickup is at 7:30 AM and the return pickup from the trailhead is at 4:00 PM. Otherwise meet at the shop, 2151 Downhill Drive in Steamboat Springs, at 8 AM. No trailer is needed.
Is the tour private?
Yes. Every guided adventure is your group only, with a guide who tailors the terrain and pace to your experience.
What happens if there isn't enough snow?
If snow conditions keep Colorado Sled Rentals from operating, you get a full refund, with or without Cancellation Insurance.
