CSR 2-day Skills Clinic with Blaine Klawiter

March 5th - 7th, 2021

CSR’s clinic is a great opportunity to explore Colorado’s mountains working on specific snowmobile skills to improve your backcountry riding!
Our talented and professional lead Guide/Coach Blaine Klawiter will help you become a safer, stronger and more effective rider. Blaine’s clinic includes drills that are designed to teach specific techniques, while working on correct body positioning and sled handling.
We recommend some snowmobile experience with drive to improve backcountry skills. Participants will be grouped with riders of similar skill level/interests. If you are new to snowmobiling and have a private group, we recommend our Guided Adventures!

What you will learn at the Skills Clinic

Backcountry Preparedness:  Advice, equipment knowledge and practice based on our own experience and training. Developing start to end decision making abilities with a combination of terrain knowledge, avalanche safety and a simulated beacon burial. This is NOT an avalanche class.
Riding Instruction: Participants are taught techniques and skills to improve sled handling, correct body positioning and build rider confidence. Drills, rider assessments and evaluations allow our coaches to correct body positioning and weight transferring.
Debrief: Video review, daily recap and plan for the next day
